Warranty and Returns

Warranty

All F5MFG products are subject to a 30-day limited warranty.

What the Warranty covers:
If an item is defective due to workmanship it may be returned after a warranty claim is processed. The warranty covers all products produced by F5MFG unless otherwise specified in the item description.

What the Warranty does not cover:
Mishandling, poor maintenance, cracked parts from dropping, scratches, dings, scuffs, shipping damage, and modifications that are beyond our recommendations, as well as improper loading and incorrect ammunition use.

If you have issues with a product, please CONTACT US prior to attempting any repairs yourself or you will void your warranty.

In order to initiate a warranty claim please complete the following:

  • Contact customer service at CUSTOMERSERVICE@F5MFG.COM with the issue
  • Complete, in full, the warranty claim form provided by customer service

If purchased from an outside retailer:

  • Depending on the issue, there may be a repair/replacement fee associated.
  • Complete, in full, the warranty claim form provided by customer service.
  • If purchased through a different retailer, you must return the item to the place of purchase in accordance with their return policies.

 


Cancellations

  • Contact CUSTOMERSERVICE@F5MFG.COM with your order number and reason for cancellation.
  • Cancellations are subject to approval
    • Items cannot be canceled if the order has already been shipped, or if the request is made within the shipping time frame.
  • If canceled within 60 days of the purchase date you can choose one of the following options
    • A cancellation fee of 25% of the purchased price
    • In-store credit for the amount of the item purchased
  • Cancellations can take up to 3 business days to process
  • If approved and processed for a refund, a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days from approval.

 


Returns & refunds

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL
  • A return may be issued for workmanship issues only if approved under the warranty claim process
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Once shipped, an order cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
  • If purchased through a different retailer, you must return the item to the place of purchase in accordance with their return policies.

 


Chargebacks

  • Before initiating a chargeback we encourage you to work with CUSTOMERSERVICE@F5MFG.COM.
  • Any and all Chargebacks on products will result in a processing fee of 50% of the total purchase price for the item.
