Warranty and Returns
All of our products are built to last. We proudly stand behind the quality of every product we manufacture and hope you’re happy with your gear. All products that we manufacture are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship with a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
All products manufactured by F5 MFG are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials, defective parts, and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.
If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified items and workmanship are covered.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, self-repair service, negligence, acts of God, modifications that are beyond our recommendations, improper loading and incorrect ammunition use, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over an extended time and use.
However, we know that s*** happens. Therefore any damages not covered under warranty may be repaired or replaced for a reasonable rate and a shipping fee accordingly.
The products eligible for the Limited Lifetime Warranty are covered by the original owner, for the lifetime of the product. All of our products are built to last. We’d love to hear your story.

If you have issues with a product, please CONTACT US prior to attempting any repairs yourself or you will void your warranty.
In order to initiate a warranty claim please complete the following:
- Contact customer service at CUSTOMERSERVICE@F5MFG.COM with the issue
- Complete, in full, the warranty claim form provided by customer service
If purchased from an outside retailer:
- Depending on the issue, there may be a repair/replacement fee associated.
- Complete, in full, the warranty claim form provided by customer service.
- If purchased through a different retailer, you must return the item to the place of purchase in accordance with their return policies.
- It is the policy of F5 Mfg that ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- If you believe your situation warrants a refund please contact CUSTOMERSERVICE@F5MFG.COM with your order number and reason for cancellation.
- Cancellations are subject to approval
- Items cannot be canceled if the order has already been shipped, or if the request is made within the shipping time frame.
- All cancellations will be subject to cancellation fee of 25% of the purchased price.
- Cancellations can take up to 3 business days to process
- If approved and processed for a refund, a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days from approval.
Returns & refunds
- A return may be issued for workmanship issues only if approved under the warranty claim process
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Once shipped, an order cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, at the discretion of F5 Mfg, a replacement or store credit may be offered.
- If purchased through a different retailer, we may require you return the item to the place of purchase in accordance with their return policies.
- Initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Before initiating a chargeback we encourage you to work with CUSTOMERSERVICE@F5MFG.COM.
- Any and all Chargebacks on products will result in a processing fee of 50% of the total purchase price for the item.
