3. Ship your MSS Gen 1 Stock back to F5 Mfg (customer pays return shipping)
4. Once received and verified, your exchange order will be processed

Eligibility & Important Terms

• This exchange program is available to ALL F5 Mfg customers whether you purchased your stock through us or a 3rd party
• Customers who purchased through third-party retailers, please reference your original order # and who you purchased it through
• Returned stock must be received within 30 days of placing the exchange order
• If the return is not received within 30 days, the exchange order may be canceled
• Once the returned stock is received, processing may take 2–4 weeks before shipment
